Shipping Policy

At VinDhey Creations, we carefully handcraft, package, and ship each order with care. Ready-made products are dispatched within 1–3 business days, while customized items such as thread bangles, hair bands, plackets, embroidery designs, and hair brooches may require 3–7 business days. We ship across India through trusted courier partners, and shipping charges vary based on product weight and delivery location. Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you. Since our products are handmade, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

As most of our items are made to order and customized according to customer preferences, return or exchange is not applicable in regular cases. A replacement will only be provided if the product is received in damaged condition, supported by a complete unboxing video. Products will not be eligible for return in cases of color preference changes, incorrect size provided by the customer, or change of mind after confirmation. If a replacement cannot be arranged, a refund will be initiated for the damaged item.
